About
I've spent the last nine-plus years helping businesses establish a brand, execute marketing initiatives, tighten operations, implement systems, and launch strategic projects — across startups, wellness, and tech.
At Trainual I was the first marketing hire — employee #10 — and helped scale the company from under $1M ARR to $15M+, growing events and partner marketing revenue by more than 300%. I've worked with well-known influencer brands, To Be Magnetic and Spirit Daughter, where I led a rebrand, launched podcasts, managed and executed major launches, ran email strategy, took over design work, and built the systems behind the daily operations.
Today I split my time between PHX FWD, where I lead programming and member success for software founders, and consulting work with founders who want the strategy, systems, and taste of an in-house team — without the headcount. I love a good spreadsheet, a well-run event, and a clever automation in equal measure.
